Tasting Notes: The color is very dense, almost gold. On the nose, notes of mango and poached pear. On the palate, vanilla custard, brioche and salty minerality as well as a beautifully rich texture.

Soil Mostly urgonian limestone.

Age of Vines: Over 60 years.
Winemaker The Brunel Family. Vinification Early hand harvest. Pneumatic press. Fermentation in oak barrels. Regular stirring and racking. Slightly filtered.
