Tasting Notes: This wine is a garnet red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, a bouquet of small black fruits (black-currants, violet, murlberry and cooked sherry). It develops after a few years with aromas of stone-fruits, kirch, leather and fur. On the palate, pleasantly powerfull,with generous well-balanced tannins.

Location Rhone Valley. Soil Clay-limestone subsoil, stones and pebbles on top.

Age of vines: 35 years.
Winemaker The Brunel Family. Vinification Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
Varietals 50% Grenache,
25% Syrah,
25% Cinsault.
Barrel None.
Residual Sugar 1.9 grams per liter. Maturation 3 months in the bottle.
Acidity 3.07 grams per liter. Vintage Production 40,000.
Alcohol 14% by volume. Foot Fairing Cured meat and cheese, tapas, barbeque, and spicy foods.
